Terms and conditions
The plain rules of using iSupply.
1. Who we are
iSupply ("we", "our", "the platform") operates isupply.ae, a digital procurement platform based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, that connects buyers with suppliers through requests for quotation (RFQs) and quotations. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms.
2. Definitions
- Buyer: a company or individual that posts RFQs to receive quotations.
- Supplier: a licensed business that receives RFQs and submits quotations.
- RFQ: a request for quotation posted through the platform.
- Subscription / RFQ pack: the paid plans and credits published on our pricing page.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to register. Suppliers must hold a valid trade licence and provide the verification documents we request, including the trade licence and owner identification. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. Email and mobile verification are required during registration.
4. Role of the platform
iSupply is a neutral marketplace. We connect buyers and suppliers, but any contract for goods or services is formed directly between the buyer and the supplier. Payment for deals and delivery of goods or services take place directly between the parties, outside the platform. iSupply does not hold funds, act as escrow, guarantee that a supplier will win RFQs, or guarantee the performance of any party. Supplier verification is documentary; buyers should still exercise normal commercial judgment.
5. Subscriptions and RFQ credits
Plan prices, included RFQs, validity periods and add-ons are as published on our pricing page in AED. RFQ credits expire at the end of their stated validity. Suppliers may upgrade mid-term by paying the difference. Except where the law requires otherwise, fees are non-refundable once the service period has started.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use the platform only for lawful goods and services, to post accurate information, not to misuse contact details obtained through the platform, not to send spam, and not to circumvent the platform in ways that undermine its integrity. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these rules.
7. Content and intellectual property
The platform, its design, logos and content belong to iSupply or its licensors. You retain rights to the content you submit and grant us a licence to display it for the operation of the service.
8. Privacy
Our privacy policy explains what data we collect and how we use it, including sharing contact details between a buyer and the supplier they select, which is a core function of the service.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the platform is provided "as is". iSupply is not a party to transactions between buyers and suppliers and is not liable for their performance, nor for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
10. Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or applicable law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes we will give at least 30 days' notice through the platform or by email before the new terms take effect.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Abu Dhabi have jurisdiction over any dispute.
