How we collect, use and protect your data.

1. What this policy covers

This policy explains what personal data iSupply collects through isupply.ae and the iSupply platform, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data: name, username, email address and mobile number, verified during registration.
  • Company and verification data: for suppliers, trade licence details and documents, owner identification, company names in Arabic and English, address, TRN where applicable, and applicant details.
  • Activity data: RFQs, quotations, messages and account settings needed to run the service.
  • Technical data: logs kept for security and audit purposes.

3. Why we use it

We use data to operate the platform: matching RFQs to suppliers by category, verifying members, providing support, processing subscription payments, meeting legal obligations, and improving the service.

4. Sharing

Sharing between members is the heart of the service: when a buyer selects a supplier, each party receives the other's business contact details to negotiate and close the deal. Beyond that, we share data only with service providers that host and support the platform, and with authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

5. Security

Data is protected with encryption in storage and in transit, secure authentication based on OAuth2 and ASP.NET Core Identity, audit logging and proactive threat monitoring, in line with global standards such as GDPR.

6. Retention

We keep data for as long as your account is active and as long as needed for legal and audit purposes, then delete or anonymize it.

7. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to info@isupply.ae. We will respond in line with applicable law.

8. Cookies on this website

This marketing website sets no tracking cookies. The platform itself uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in securely.
