iSupply is a digital procurement platform based in Abu Dhabi. Buyers post requests for quotation, verified suppliers respond with competing offers, and the two sides connect directly to close the deal.
Who can join the platform?
Both sides of the market: buyers of any size, from individuals and startups to corporations and government bodies, and suppliers of goods or services holding a valid trade licence.
Is the first RFQ really free?
Yes. Every new user can send one RFQ free to experience the platform before subscribing to any plan.
How do I reach support?

How do I find the right supplier?
Browse verified suppliers with search and filters, or simply submit your RFQ and let the system route it to the right suppliers by category, industry and location.
Can I negotiate prices with suppliers?
Yes. Once you select a supplier you receive their contact details and communicate directly to agree final price and delivery terms before closing.
How do payments work?
Subscriptions and RFQ packs are paid to iSupply by card, bank transfer or supported gateways. The deal itself is settled directly between you and the supplier; iSupply never holds your money.
Is my procurement data secure?
Absolutely. The platform uses advanced encryption, secure authentication and audit logging to protect all user data.
How can I attract more buyers?
Keep your pricing competitive, write detailed quotations, and respond quickly. Fast, complete answers consistently win more deals.
What are the platform fees or commissions?
iSupply charges subscription fees only, published openly on the pricing page. There is no commission on any deal you win.
How do I update my categories?
Log in, open your information dashboard, and edit your categories at any time. New RFQs follow your updated selection immediately.
Can I promote my products or services?
Yes. Suppliers can use promotional tools such as featured listings, and Premium suppliers can showcase their profile on the platform homepage.
